The rental fee is based on 9 hours. All vendor load in and load out needs to be completed within this time period. The Apartment closes to guests at 1:00 A.M. Additional hours are available on request for an extra fee. Security, lighting and floral are not included. The rental fee is subject to change.

Capacity
For sit-down dinners and luncheons, THE APARTMENT seats a maximum of 175 people excluding the LOBBY. For cocktail parties and stand-up events, THE APARTMENT can accommodate 250 people.
